Payment
I accept payments via paypal from everyone.
You do not need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal:
You can choose the PayPal Option during checkout. After you submit your order click the “Pay Now” button. Scroll Down and you will see the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account.
I send packages only after the payments have been cleared.
In the event of non-payment and no response to emails I will leave negative feedback.
Please do not hesitate to contact me if you are having any problems and I will be more than happy to help you resolve any issues.
I will reserve an item for 48 hours. If payment has not be received within 48 hours it will be available to be sold to another customer unless I have specifically agreed other terms with the buyer.

Shipping
I send all items as sign-for packages. If more than one item is ordered at once they will be sent together, if an item needs to to be adjusted or made from scratch then there will be a delay in processing the order. I will personally let you know how long it will take to complete the order.

In this case please be prepared to wait for me to make the item and order requested materials if necessary. (certain beads, colours, metals) I can quote the price and estimated time. If you would like to commission a piece from me I require a 50% non-refundable deposit before I make the item.
